This skirt might look familiar because I wore some shorts with the same exact material. Those shorts were actually a thrift store find and they were the worst fitting pants ever. Well John Ross helped me turn them into some bootie shorts, but the other day he decided that the remaining pant material should be made into a skirt annnddd ta-dahhhh!! I definitely perfer the skirt over the shorts :)
